| What is 2J Art Society? 2J Art Society is a discussion group made up of art students, individuals working in art–related fields, individuals interested in visual art or art history, and artists themselves. Members meet to share and discuss recent work, gallery and museum shows, books, acclaimed artists, and more. The group also sets goals for attending various local shows or other group activities.The History of 2J 2J Art Society was established in November 1999 by a group of students in the University of Texas Studio Art and Art History programs. Today, the group is comprised of former students, current students, local studio artists, and individuals with creative backgrounds or occupations.
